Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any digital or physical products. All sales are final. Please ensure you review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges can be made within 10 days of product delivery. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@resourcedapothecary.com with your order details and reason for the exchange. The product must be returned in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Subscription Policy

Subscriptions to our Nature's Wisdom Weekly service can be cancelled by providing written notice to ReSourced Apothecary no later than 10 days before the end of the current billing cycle. Cancellations received after this time will be applied to the following billing cycle.

Payment Terms

All purchases and subscriptions must be paid in full at the time of order. ReSourced Apothecary accepts major credit cards, PayPal, and other specified payment methods. If a payment is declined, the order will not be processed until the issue is resolved.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship all physical products within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. ReSourced Apothecary is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.

Limitation of Liability

ReSourced Apothecary is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Customers are responsible for using products as intended and following provided instructions.
